Any Planeorama branded item (shirts, mugs, etc) are drop-shipped directly from printful. They handle shipping directly for those items and will ship your item once it is processed (same day normally). Any aircraft part or other Planeorama in-house item (747 window mirror, etc) is shipped directly by me. These orders usually process the same day, but may be slightly delayed if I am traveling. If that is the case I will email you the projected ship date after you place your order (if it will be delayed more than 2-3 days.
